At Corumm, we are dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and transparent environment for your mental fitness journey. These policies outline our commitments to you and your responsibilities as a valued member of our community. We encourage you to read them carefully.

1. TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Corumm! These Terms of Service govern your use of our studio, website, and services. By engaging with Corumm, you agree to these terms, which are designed to ensure a positive and safe experience for everyone.

1. Binding Agreement

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QBR India Pvt Ltd.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ years of age and legally competent to enter into this agreement.

3. Nature of Services

Corumm provides preventive wellbeing and mental fitness services. It is NOT a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or therapy provided by licensed healthcare professionals.

4. Medical Disclaimer (CRITICAL)

  • No medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment is provided by Corumm or its facilitators.
  • No therapist-client relationship (as defined in clinical psychology or medicine) is created through your participation.
  • Users must consult licensed medical or mental health professionals for any health concerns, medical conditions, or clinical psychological issues.

5. Informed Consent

By using Corumm, you confirm:

  • You understand the non-clinical nature and purpose of our sessions and services.
  • Your participation is voluntary.
  • Outcomes are not guaranteed, as individual experiences vary.

6. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in Corumm’s programs, including but not limited to:

  • Emotional discomfort or psychological responses.
  • Physical reactions (e.g., light-headedness during breathwork, muscle fatigue during movement-based practices).
  • The possibility that sessions may bring up unexpected emotions or memories.

7. Absolute Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Corumm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Corumm’s total liability (if any) shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QBR India Pvt. Ltd, Corumm, its directors, employees, and facilitators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your participation in Corumm services.
  • Your violation of these terms.
  • Your misuse of services.

9. Conduct Policy

We are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members. We have zero tolerance for:

  • Harassment or discrimination of any kind.
  • Disruption of sessions or studio peace.
  • Unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.

Immediate termination of membership and access may apply for violations.

10. Payments

  • All payments are final unless otherwise stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • No cash refunds will be issued except in legally mandated cases.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with Corumm (including website content, session designs, and branding) are protected under applicable IP laws.

12. Suspension & Termination

Corumm reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to services without prior notice for violations of these Terms or for any conduct deemed detrimental to the studio environment or community.

13. Force Majeure

Corumm is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics).

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

15. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

16. Dispute Resolution

  • First Step: Parties agree to engage in good faith negotiation to resolve any dispute.
  • Second Step: If negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  • Seat of Arbitration: Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

17. Modifications

Corumm may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.


2. LIABILITY WAIVER

This Liability Waiver is binding upon your acceptance (digital or physical) and is a prerequisite for participation in Corumm’s services. It ensures you understand and accept the nature of our offerings.

1. Fitness Declaration

You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in Corumm’s sessions and activities.

2. Disclosure Obligation

You agree to disclose any relevant physical or mental conditions, injuries, or health concerns to Corumm staff or facilitators prior to participating in any session. This information helps us ensure your safety and provide appropriate guidance.

3. Assumption of Risk

You understand that Corumm’s sessions may include, but are not limited to, breathwork, meditation, movement practices, and emotional processing. You acknowledge that participation may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to dizziness, emotional release, fatigue, or mild physical discomfort. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

4. Release of Liability

By accepting this waiver, you release QBR India Pvt Ltd, Corumm, and its associated entities, directors, employees, and facilitators from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising out of your participation in Corumm’s services, including any injury, loss, or damage to person or property.

5. No Medical Liability

QBR India Pvt Ltd/Corumm is not responsible for any medical or psychological outcomes, conditions, or adverse effects that may arise from your participation in our non-clinical wellbeing programs.

6. Binding Effect

This waiver applies to:

  • All sessions, events, workshops, or related activities attended at or organized by Corumm.
  • All future participation in Corumm’s services.

3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") governs cancellations, rescheduling, credits, and refunds for all Corumm Services offered by QBR India Pvt Ltd ("Corumm", "we", "our"). This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service.

1. Applicability

This Policy applies to:

  • Membership plans
  • Workshops, events, and special programs

2. Booking Confirmation

A session, event, workshop, or membership is confirmed only upon successful payment (where applicable) and receipt of confirmation via the Corumm app or official communication channels.

3. Cancellation Windows for Sessions

You may cancel a booked session up to 3 hours before it begins. If you’re unable to attend for any reason, please cancel your slot in advance so it can be made available for another member.

4. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is permitted within the applicable cancellation window.
  • Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.
  • Repeated rescheduling (e.g., more than three times for the same session type within a month) may be restricted to prevent misuse and ensure fair access for all members.

5. Memberships & Subscriptions

5.1 Validity

All memberships have a fixed validity period as specified at purchase.

5.2 Transferability

Memberships are non-transferable.

6. Workshops, Events & Programs

Due to limited capacity and operational planning:

  • Cancellations ≥ 72 hours prior: Eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations < 72 hours or No-show: No refund.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 General Rule

All payments are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment.
  • Payment error attributable to Corumm.
  • Session cancellation by Corumm without a suitable alternative offered and accepted by the customer.

7.2 Mode of Refund

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method. Processing timelines: 7–15 business days (may vary by payment provider).

7.3 Non-Refundable Items

  • Used sessions/events/workshops.
  • Expired memberships.
  • Missed sessions/events/workshops (no-shows).
  • Promotional or discounted plans (unless required by law).

8. Corumm-Initiated Cancellations for Workshops and Special Events

If Corumm cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, users will be offered either a reschedule option or a full refund. Communication regarding these options will be sent via email and app notification.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

In genuine emergencies (e.g., documented medical situations), Corumm may, at its sole discretion, provide credit or rescheduling upon submission of reasonable proof (e.g., medical certificate). Such decisions are final.

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact Corumm support at contact@corumm.com prior to initiating chargebacks. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to suspension of account access.

11. Modifications

Corumm reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon publication on our website and app.
